FOR SERVICE, SIMPLY LIFT AWAY

-
-
-
Start by removing the existing grass and soil above the access cover, leaving 6" of height to the level of your lawn. You may need to remove a tank riser if your tank cover is currently at grade.
-
Ensure your tank access cover is structurally sound, and simply place GrassCover on top. Fill GrassCover with soil and sod to match the surrounding grade. GrassCover's permeable membrane allows rain to filter through while blocking roots for easy removal.
-
When it's time for your next septic service, use the included ergonomic lifting hooks to hold the GrassCover and lift it away. When the service is complete, simply put it back in place and the access cover will disappear!
